Business Review

In order to understand the fundamentals of how your business is performing, our first step is to undertake a thorough business review.

This will look at every aspect of your business, including the way you manage finance and cash flow, how you interact with customers, the way in which you deliver your goods or services and how your staff works together.

The aim of the review is to offer an outside eye, which could help to identify areas for concern, gaps or opportunities. We will observe your business, highlight any issues and make initial suggestions for how to address them.

What to expect at your business review

The Inspired Change business review takes the form of a two hour interview, in which we will sit with your Managing Director, CEO or relevant department head and others from your leadership team.

The interview will be facilitated by a lead consultant. The aim of the review is to understand how you operate – and gain an insight into your goals, processes, challenges and opportunities.

For your peace of mind, we will sign a complete confidentially agreement. We will also present you with an introduction to the process.

The consultant will have prepared questions, based on research they have completed before the interview. Theses are simply entry points into understanding your business and will cover the following areas:

• Business and strategy: including vision, values and structure, as well as how you have developed your business strategy
• Finance: understanding how your business is funded, how you manage cash flow forecasting and how you set your budgets
• Customer: how are you measuring customer satisfaction and maintain a good relationship with people buying your products and services
• Process: what processes do you have in place and how often do you review or update them
• People: from recruitment to training, how you manage your staff and their performance
