Enlightening executives about new dimensions:

What if there was a profound way to teach and train leaders understanding simply leading to creativity and innovation?

People often think that leaders are extraordinary people. The truth is that leaders are ordinary people who have the ability to bring the best out in themselves and in other people. Armed with fundamental truth, the understanding of the operating system of the human mind and experience, motivation comes as a result of all else.
Covey is one dimensional – leaders direct and managers manage ... just do it. Yet a leader brings their state of mind to a process as well as their expertise. This is one of the most underestimated leverage points imaginable. So now there is more than what Covey and others gave us.

Knowing what I know and have witnessed, I question if Stephen Covey and many of his ilk actually had it right – they only skirt the surface. It’s good stuff - absolutely - and it can go deeper. Self or personal development is not the answer – it is unnecessarily demanding. Are the results that great? Be honest.

A revolution and even an evolution of human capability is in sight. Insight and paradigm shifting happens when people see what they previously have missed. People change their minds. OK, so this is like vapourware yet is incredibly impactful.

In business? What are you trying to do: Are you helping a group culture go through change gracefully – creating businesses which are change proof – businesses which transition with ease?

The quality of our thinking must always exceed the quality of our actions.

There is a grubby secret shared by coaches and mentors - and that is that ‘the coaches and mentors are not, themselves, really living the lives they want’.
Now there’s an understanding which will help everyone, even Stephen Covey Jnr.
Many motivational speakers, like Jim Rohn, are no longer with us. With their sad passing comes a new breed – adding to the enlightenment they gave us yet innovating, showing a new way ... a way that works better, releasing creativity. The results speak for themselves. You can’t give away what you haven’t got.

The succinct message is: Let’s think again. Let’s understand. Inside out’.

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be actually something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I'm looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
