Our coaching services involve working on a one-to-one basis with people from an organisation to help them achieve agreed goals. The goals and aims of the coaching could include:
- dealing with difficult people
- overcoming business obstacles
- managing the work-life balance more effectively
Our coaching clients include people from all levels of organisations – from directors to sales assistants. Basically, anyone who knows they have a problem they need to solve is a potential candidate for coaching – whether that’s motivation in a call centre, or managing the demands of running a business.
Bev Rowe, our HR consultant and Coach, has a background that includes working in human resources at senior levels in multinational companies – as well as running her own business, and training as a psychotherapist with a specialism in Transactional Analysis. She specialises in working with business relationships and the systems companies work within.
The coaching process is completely confidential and involves:
- defining or identifying the process
- agreeing a way to work together to resolve it
- one-to-one sessions for a period of up to 6 months
- telephone contact as needed
Coaching offers a safe environment in which to explore solutions to problems in the workplace.
